Rates:
Prime Season –
June 1st through August 31st: $300 per night for up to five people, with a 3-day minimum. $25 per extra person above five. Rates are subject to local tax of 6.5%.
Please contact us for off-season rates.
Maximum occupants per night is ten, including children. Larger groups allowed with special permission. Pets allowed with $10/day additional fee per pet.
Reservations/Homer Alaska Vacation:

or by calling toll-free 1-877-482-2265 and speaking to Eileen. Check Availability
Deposit: To confirm a reservation, a 1/3rd deposit must be received within 7 days of the date the reservation was made. The balance is to be paid 60
days before arrival. We accept credit card, check or cash.
Cancellation: Cancellations made 60 or more days prior to check-in date will recieve a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in will recieve a refund based on re-rental of the vacation home.
