    The Chicken Creek Outpost houses a café, espresso bar and gift store offering these amenities:

  • Cafe serving breakfast "grab & goes", a variety of fresh baked goods including world famous scones and lunch entres including our highly acclaimed gourmet soups and grilled deli sandwiches.

  • Wood-fired pizza dinners are available a couple nights each week on the deck; call ahead or email for a current schedule or to order.

  • Alaskan micro-brews, wine, and hard seltzers.

  • Espresso Bar serving Alaska's finest roasted coffee, teas & frostys

  • Hand-dipped ice cream cones and sundaes

  • Snacks and cold drinks

  • Gift Shop offering Alaskan souvenirs and collectables, hand-made items including knives and ulus, high quality Alaska apparel, t-shirts, hats and Native clothing, a creative selection of Chicken souvenirs, authentic Alaska Native art & crafts, Alaska books including "Tisha: the Story of a Young Teacher in the Alaska Wilderness", children's toys and clothing, a wide selection of Alaska made jewelry, including gold, silver & ivory jewelry created by the hosts, gold mining equipment and of course local GOLD nuggets or packaged paydirt and concentrates!

  • Wireless internet access: walk-in day use for a fee; free access for our guests.

  • Indoor & Outdoor seating; can handle large group of approximately 70.

  • We welcome tour groups and buses; please email or call ahead for reservations.
